The first OLED TV produced by LG was originally available only in Korea and then in Europe in early 2010. A planned launch into the U.S. market for summer 2010 never happened and there are currently no plans to sell LG OLED TVs in the U.S.
The 15″ OLED TV, model EL9500 was priced around $2500, similar to the Sony XEL-1.
We know it’s a 720p HDTV with 100 hz Trumotion, HDMI and USB 2.0 inputs. The contrast and colors are amazing.

LG OLED TV Update December 2011
LG has announced that they will release a 55″ OLED TV in 2012, perhaps in time for the London Summer Olympics. This 55″ LG OLED TV is expected to debut at CES 2012 in Las Vegas next month. More details and specs will be available at that point. However, online speculation has a price point of around $8000 U.S. and very limited product availability.
